Re: Painted Tudor Body
On my way to work this morning I was thinking about the time I saw a derelict Model A off in the distance in a field that had the body panels above the doors removed like yours. I about had a heart attack thinking I had found the 'holy grail", a Town Car. Then I got a good look at the car and my heart sunk. Seeing an old car should not do that to you!
You have a beautiful car!

Re: Painted Tudor Body
Looks really good!
Question..I see it’s an indented firewall. Any chance it’s a deluxe Tudor with the adjustable seats and other deluxe features? Just curious |

Re: Painted Tudor Body
Nice work ! Paint and bodywork are about the only automotive restoration tasks that I haven’t done and I am envious of those like you that possess these skills.

“It's a late 31 deluxe tudor.”
Those are really neat tudors. Very upscale on Tudor I love those |

Re: Painted Tudor Body
Red and black
But….apple green is great too. Just be sure and get the original apple green. Most use something much too close to chartreuse. Little too neon for me The original has less yellow and more blue tint to it. I’ve not seen the new paint guide chips if it’s in there. I’ve had some original apple green chips in the past One of my fav is 32 flavors …every body has a choice!! |
