I found this intake with chrome 97s, now I wonder who made the intake?

Could be. The casting of the heat crossovers looks like its a Weiand to me.

It's an early Weiand.
Notice the nearly vertical port runners, later Weiand intake runners look more like Offy & Edelbrock.
