Default Name this tool

I do not check this part of the barn much. I did a 1921 Touring car when in high school 1962 to 1963. I am a V8 guy now. I only have a couple things laying around that are "T" This is a special tool that I use on my car.

Quiz time. What is it. Have you ever used one?

Spoke Jack, to shim the end of the spoke, wooden wheel. It pushes the metal felly away from the end of the spoke to slip in shims.
