however the Red Rag Gang! and Model A's that is picture 4, there is one ineligible member. second from right. his rag is brown?

Id say thats an enlightened young man,who cured the inherent under carburetion issue with the stock Zenith carburetor by replacing it with a downdraft carburetor,and utilized an air filter for engine protection..

There is the risk of flooding when using a down draft setup .
