Default Model B Headgasket

What is the difference between a Model A head gasket and a Model B head gasket?

An important distinction is two small holes in the Model B gasket between cylinders 2 and 3, as the B block has these additional openings.

In addition to Post #2 the each follows the shape of their respective combustion chamber.
