Default Limerock Royals Car Show May

Sunday Royals Car Show - Memorial Day Weekend 2021
MAY 30, 2021
10am - 3pm

Anyone else going? Weather looking good.

The Sunday Royals Car Show is celebrating its 11th year and is one of the highlights of the Trans Am Fall Classic weekend. This is a family friendly hometown charity show run by the Royals family of Royals' Garage in Torrington, Conn, and Lime Rock Park, all types of cars and car enthusiasts are welcome. Each year, the show features muscle cars, import/tuners, street rods, motorcycles, classic cars, antiques, race cars, trucks, “new & cool” and even some homemade wheeled contraptions.

We're committed to continuing the tradition of the Sunday Royals Cars Show. Food trucks, beverage carts and vendors will be located among the cars and the Lime Rock Cafe in A Paddock will be open. For those who wish to have a seated meal, the second annual Farm-To-Track Picnic will also be happening from 12:30 - 2pm. Learn more and purchase your tickets to the picnic in advance by visiting www.limerock.com/farm2track

Over the last 3 days the chance of rain on Sunday has gone from 20% to 90 percent. Looks like I won't be washing the car today.

June 6th is supposed to be the first evening for Mark's Auto Parts Cruise Night in East Granby. If there's anyone nearby that hasn't gone yet, it's a big gathering. Hopefully good weather for that one.

I work close by in Windsor Locks, is there place to park for spectators if I want to shoot over after work?

Yes, If I remember correctly, spectator parking is first in the fields, show car entrance is farther by the buildings. Plenty of parking for both. There's usually quite a bit, from muscle cars to ricers, from 30's classics to 50's chrome.
