Default 1948 Mercury Convertible Quarter Window Replacement Glass Question

I'm looking for information on how to replace the glass in convertible quarter windows for a 1948 Mercury Convertible.

The quarter window frames are already out of my car.

I do not see any screws in the frame; so I cannot figure out how to separate the frame from the glass.

Thank you for any help

I think if you remove the front weatherstrip from the from the 1//4 window and scrape off the black sealer, you will see some screws along the front edge holding the frame to the glass.
