At a car show today, we got into a discussion as to whether or not the raised portion of the gas tank/dash-board should be the same as the rest of the tank, or if it should be the color used on the mouldings. I heard somewhere that the raised portion should be moulding color, effectively making the dash-board two-toned, but the Judging Standards do not mention it. What say you?
