After you select the photo, you have to hit the "upload" button. That may be why it didn't work for you.

It's called an avatar. Go to the top of the page and look for the tab on the black bar that says "user CP", that means control panel. Click on that. Now look on the left and you'll see "edit avatar". Click on that and follow the directions for uploading a photo from your hard drive.

You're quite welcome. You worked that out pretty quickly. Good job!

Nice Buick! Is that Harold Sharron's old car or a twin to it?

Thank you.

Yes the 1911 Buick is the one Harold Sharon had for 30 years. I intend to keep it essentially as he had it. The car, as you may know, has modern Timken bearings throughout, a little faster crown & pinion, beefier crank bearings & high compression pistons. A white knuckled passenger noted the other day that the (accurate) speedometer showed 50mph at one point - uphill! It seems to be the well sorted, proven reliable tour car that we often hear about but never find.

Harold & I were both born in the first half of the last century so the Japanese starter is a welcome addition. (My 14 T now has a starter as well)

That is a great car, Harold would be happy to know it is still touring. I have to get my '12 T out and on the road again. Bob

I've had the fortune of growing up in Flint. I've seen some Buicks that alot of people have never heard of. Last year at the Sloan Museum Car Show, the Buick Bug racecar was driving around the grounds. Awesome. Great Buick there!
