Default Holley power valve

I am looking for a supplier that can provide me with a power valve for a holley carb for my 53 Mercury. The carb # is eac9510 the part #9594a. I have looked at the usual suppliers and no luck. Thanks is advance. W

Have you tried Daytona Parts or (shudder) Vintage Speed?

Charlie at Vintage Speed has the correct power valves already machined to fit correctly and thus seal properly also.

The power valve in a '53 Merc carb (model 1901) is not the same as the Holley power valve that is in Holley 94's and later 4 and two barrel Holley carbs.
It's the same style as the ones used in Holley 2140 and 4000 teapot carbs. A fine threaded small brass valve with a light spring in it (similar to Stromberg 97 power valves, but different thread).

I believe they are reproduced, but can't remember where.

Mikes Carburetors had a repair kit for my Teapot Holley on the 52 Merc but it did not come with a power valve. Not sure if they could get one but worth a look.

1952 and 1953 Merc's take a #52 power valve (2 - .037" holes) according to my Holley manual.
