Default Books for axle / banjo rear removal

I have to remove the rear end on my 33 . Are there any good books that show a step by step process?

The best all around shop manual for the novice mechanic is the Canadian book. Ford didn't produce a shop manual until the "new" Ford arrived in 1949. The Canadian book is available from a vendor such as C&G.

Some '33-4 specs differ from later...this rear is covered in the '33 service bulletins, and overhauls stuff was included in '38 bulletins too. If you don't have at least the early bulletins you are working in the dark...they are a basic tool.
Another good book is the reprint of the old NAPA shop manual for '32-6...C&G calls the current edition:V-13
Repair Manual
32-36 Passenger & Pickup

R&R of the assembly isn't covered specifically but is fairly obvious, spring . brake rods, U-joint cover, etc.

Procedures are very similar for all the early rears, but there are differences and different specs for things like pinion preload...the families are '28-32, late '32-34, and '35-48. All are very well covered in the bulletins.
