Default 39 coupe starter motor problem solved..thanks

thanks guys for your advice on my starter problem , following your advice I took the system apart and gave everything a serious clean with abrasives,it turned over nicely ...the earth was the problem , I was looking for something more sinister , wouldn't start ,now got to find the missing spark, cheers jim.

Nice one Jim, just pme'd you back and asked how you got on with the starter.
No spark at the points ? Same again mate, give them a good clean if it hasn't been started for a while.
