Default What are these early hydraulic brakes?

I came across these at the scrap yard recently. They are very similar to a '39-'45 set. However, it's tapered along the area just above the two adjusting cams.
It also is kicked out a bit below the cams similar to Lincoln backing plates. It also bolted to a rear axle with six bolts.

Thanks for the input.

If they were bolted to a rear axle, would it be safe to assume the emergency brake is on the driveshaft/back of transmission?

Botton line: They ain't early Ford.

six bolts to the axle indicates high braking load and no park brake lever indicates truck with tailshaft/transmission brake
