Default Door Latch Springs Replacement

Need to replace the door latch springs in my Victoria door latches. They are just not strong enough to recoil the handles anymore. Are there instructions somewhere as to how to do this? Do I have to remove the latches. It appears very complicated given the double window riser on the Vicky. Where can I buy the springs? Thanks for your help.

Here is my little write up on how to rebuild the door latches to stop sagging handles. Not sure if it will help you.

Kevin's write up is pretty much the way it goes. My experiences with repo springs are not very good; the don't fit well and quickly stretch and lose action. Obviously, the latch does have to come out and, yes, it is an ordeal. You should be able to get the latch out and leave the window riser in but go all way up. The remote has to come out with the latch. Prior to that, you have to remove the handles and panel.....no fun
Also, be sure to get the correct spring as left and right are different.

SeaSlugs- they are nowhere near the same. But do have several major wear points that go quickly. Usually, the housing where the plunger goes needs to be resized due to wear, too
