Search e-may or wherever and buy the original radio that went in you car and then modify it per this post (Kahuna's prior post above):

Hey does a car speaker "care" if it's hooked to a 6 volt, 12 volts, negative ground or positive ground radio??

Speaker do not work off of car voltage or polarity. The radio itself provides the power to the speakers. When an amplifier drives a speaker, it is driving the speaker terminals with AC voltage. If the volume is at its minimum position, the speaker doesn't move. If the driving voltage is low, the speaker moves a little. As the voltage increases (when you turn up the volume), the cone moves further from it's point of rest.
