Re: 36 pickup radiator fan
Here is a drawing that should give you all the info that you need. Please note that the blades are 17" across, not 15" (Lawson, not everything gets smaller with age) LOL

Hi Everyone, flatford8, roughly, Rolling On The Floor Laughing My (unknown) Arse Off.
It's a texting, younger generation, thing, more animated than LOL, Laughing Out Loud. Well played by Lawson and even better by Don!

Re: 36 pickup radiator fan
There were text messages being sent in the 1800's over telegraph lines using Morris (otherwise known as Morse thanks to DD's spelling correction) code. Ain't nothing really that new when you think about it

Re: 36 pickup radiator fan
back to the topic here.....FANS.....
The Model "A" guys discuss a lot of issues with using the 4 blade era replacement fans and that they crack at the hub...... I have posted this question on the "V8" forum before but didn't get too many replies......what issues have you gents had with original V8 fans cracking and breaking all apart in your engine compartments ??

ps...I had no response from Don in WA on these four blade fans that I posted pictures of. One of those two with four blades is exactly like the one in the pictured drawing that Don Rogers posted. Another Fordbarner has contacted me about needing a '36 fan for his pu truck, so it looks like he will get this one that I have. Maybe it will turn out that GB has one that will work for Don.

Re: 36 pickup radiator fan
I have a couple different versions of these fans. I will be in Seattle on Tuesday if you live near there and could bring them down as I will have some free time waiting for my son to get out of work. Did the '36 come from Gene Sheppard? I remember he had a very nice basket case for sale about 15 years ago. PM me if interested in a fan.
