Default 32 Captured Nuts?

When I took my 32 horn bracket off, I believe a 3/8" nut fell of the bolt and down into never-never land. It looks like you need to remove the radiator splash shield to open up access to that area of the frame rail? My question is: Do the splash shield attach screws use a captured nut? How about the 3/8"x24 horn bracket bolt?, although the "Bible" calls out for a separate 3/8 nut.

As always, thanks for everyone's guidance - - Dick

Horn bracket is individual bolt, splash apron removed by removing screws at bumper bolt mount and machine screw at fender near radiator. This will allow the shield to be lowered and access the horn nut.

Dick also meant to list a separate nut and lock washer for the horn. There are no separate nuts for the four splash apron screws.
