Default AA Christmas List

Well how did you do with Santa this year?
I got a new creeper, a wheel puller, an air wrench and needle scaler, three restoration books and an engine stand.
No partridge in a pear tree.

I got a new shop apron and gift certificate to Bert's. Guess it's time to plow ahead with the front end restoration.

I think I have most of the parts to do my front end. I have a spare axle to replace the bent one in my truck. Think I will go ahead and pull engine first though.

The family being together and seeing the happiness on the 8 & 12 yr grand kids is all I could ever ask for! My AA restoration took a back seat to the need of a first floor bedroom. Funny that when I built the house 42 years ago never though climbing stairs would be tough and dangerous, now that project is finished. The AA needs a small bit of body work then paint (we do it all here) and a new Rootlieb hood which is now back in the budget. The best part about the project is the kids were into the restoration from the start 2 yrs ago and can't wait to ride in Grand Pa's '31 Budd cab SWB DRW flatbed!

It’s been a great few days with all the family (and dogs) here, our normally quite home turned upside down; and I love it!

My Kids and wife gave me money to purchase a 1930 Radiator shell for my station wagon restoration.
