64 F-100 6 to Y-block
is it a bolt in job? i know that exhaust needs changing, what about other stuff?

You will need everything a V8 truck would have come with, bell housing, flywheel, clutch, clutch linkage, and front mount for that year truck.

The radiator & mounting is likely different too. If you find a donor vehicle of the same vintage then that might simplify things.
