Default LeBaron Bonney

Did anyone purchase the LeBaron Bonney Company? Or have they liquidated everything?

They are gone with no successors. Classtique has been one of the "go-to" places in LB's absence, but as a result Classtique has experienced a deluge of orders and a big backlog.

There is still Cartouche. The samples are similar to Le Baron . I once had a coupe with their mohair seats and door panels by prior owner which were satisfactory, although the door panels were over padded and the window risers would hit the fabric. A kit with some types of cheap foam padding may want to be avoided as the foam can degrade over time depending on exposure, etc.

Best to take your turn at Mike's up at Classtique in Minnesota. He is first rate.

A couple years ago I received samples from Cartouche through Mac's. We all know how good Mac's is.

Concur, only mentioned Cartouche as a last resort. If looking for just material, Bill Hirsch has cloth samples available for Bedford, Mohair and wool worsted. German square weave wool carpet is sold by some vendors.
