With respect Hardtimes, I don't think you read my post properly. I realise there would not be a large enough market for RHD only headers but what I am saying is "Why not make them universal?" There is no reason the one header can't be used on either car, thus having a larger market.

After spending so much time and effort to produce his current headers, I can't see that stacking up for Tod. It would be like stating all over again making one solely for RHD and as I have said earlier, the market would not be there. I'd like to see A-9430 made mirror image like Henry should have done it. He probably didn't because the pipe to the muffler would need to be a little longer and that would have cost an extra cent or two.
On the matter that Tod mentioned in his post about interference between his headers and the webber manifold, I recently saw in NZ, a webber manifold with a hot box welded directly under the carby. Heat was by water taken from the top radiator hose and returned to the bottom one. The owner reduced the jet sizes with no loss of performance but better economy. Maybe that ugly plug underneath that Tod referred to could be used to hold a hot box on his new webber inlet manifold. It would be simple to make and install but would need to come with a set of smaller jets.
