Re: need title
what you need is the grandson that inherited the truck to go to the attorney for the estate and he can legally obtain a title for the truck as long as his grandfather was the prior owner. I was told by the DMV in SC that the homeland security act changed the way they do business-translation-everything is going to be harder to do because of another layer of goverment oversight!!

Re: need title
I have a friend in Brookeville, Md who just got a pickup titled in Md that hadn't been on the road for 30 years by using a service in NY state. They advertise in some of the magazines.

Re: need title
Have you located the frame number? The DMV number verifier will have to see it and the number on the transmission.
