Default Head Light ?

I was given two really nice head light buckets for my Model A project. I need to rebuild them with some new parts but I'm seeing different parts for 28-29 vs 30-31 How do I tell which year I have? Each bucket had reflectors with two light sockets in them. Were the buckets different sizes for different years? Do the head light rings fit all years? I'm having trouble finding info on this.

THANKS!

The 1928 '29's were nickel plated with a pronounced pointed shape to them. A difference between 1928 & 1929 with the reflectors also ; 1929's had the Twolight lamp, same as the later lamps. The 1930 '31's are stainless steel, rounded shape. Rims not interchangeable
Any Model A book will give you info on headlamps, plus the commercial variations.
Try Les Pearsons Model A Manual, or any pictorial book on Model A's.
