Default 1967 Ford Custom 500

I was wondering if anyone would know where to order a headliner for a 67 Ford Custom 500 2 door? Any help would be highly appreciated... Thanks!

My last headliner experience was sometime in the early 80's. Found an add in Hemmings, think it was the headliner guys? They sent me an exact reproduction in the correct color with enough extra material to cover the sail panels. I don't know if they are still in business or not. Back in the old send a check and wait days. They did good by me.

A 1967 Ford Custom 300 is a very rare car these days. This example was seen at Hackberry, Arizona.

I have a 67 Galaxie, always wanted to get a 67 Custom 2 door. Friend had a 4 door with 240 and a C4, far from a rocket but still had the big car ride.

All I can find for the standard line of Ford Galaxie cars are related to the basic 4-door and 2-door sedans. In other words, they are a general fit type headliner unless the fabricator tells you otherwise. It's possible that the 4-door sedan headliner can be cut down to fit the 2-door sedan. Count your number of bows before you call any headliner supplier. You will also have to specify what design of vinyl you want. Choices are the crater type, tier type, and perforated type vinyls plus the color desired. Most headliner fabricators use the same patterns. They always leave extra material on the edges to insure a fit. A person will also have to specify if you need extra material for sail panels or sun visors if applicable.

I do my own trimming but I purchase headliners since they are time consuming to sew all the panels and listings together so 120 to 150 bucks is worth it for me. I can't make them for that price so why bother. They likely all come from the same place so I can't recommend any that are better than any other. I'd look for stuff in this price range but would avoid anything a lot cheaper or more expensive.

Ecklers/ macs , stock interiors have good products. acme headliners are great product but they do not sell directly to the public . as long as the information is correct for application the headliners fit well for stock applications . PUI makes some headliners but special orders take a while .

Haven't seen a '67 Custom 500 in a long time. Georgia State Patrol used to have a bunch of them. Most law enforcement agencies wanted 4 door cars due to transporting people they had taken into custody, but the GSP always liked 2 door cars.

They were likely interceptors equipped with the 428 V8. They would really get up and go with the all out police package. The 428 was less expensive to produce than the 427 so it was perfect for the Police packages.
