Default Rh and Lh steering column tubes

Is there a difference between the RH and LH steering column outer tube (the one with the throttle and accelerator levers)? I have reviewed the book by Les Pearson and cannot find the answer. I know the gas lever has no ball on the end, but cannot see another difference.

No difference in the tube , spark & throttle rods are different ,in that the holes through the levers are at a different angle , too LHD , hope that helps,
