Default 1930 Cabriolet windshield hinge bolts

On a 1930 Cabriolet does the windshield hinge get screwed in from the bottom of the hinge into the weatherstrip into the top frame and if so do the round head bolts 1/4 diameter by 3/4 long have any special lockwashers?

thanks

they are 1/4-20 X 5/8 slotted round head screws with a lock washer. and you are correct the screw goes through the hinge - rubber - and into the fixed nuts in the header.

Thanks! Mine were rusty at the top because they were too long and real hard to get out. I will get new ones 5/8 and they should fit correctly.

Thanks again!
