Default Removing Distributor Oiler

What is the best way to remove the distributor oiler for replacement without damaging it along the way?

Thanks for your help.

I use a punch that closely fits the hole and work it out with that.

I do it the same way and use a metal wedge behind the snug fitting punch and the oiler should come right out . Norm

its a friction fit so as previous posts say ,just put a punch in it and rotate it back and forth it will come right out.
