Some important techniques:
-Super glue gasket, 1- 2" smaller than glass perimeter. Glue only to itself, not to the glass! -put seam at the middle of the top of the window. -start fasteners at the bottom corners first, position carefully, and not too snug. Then do the top corners. -glue lock washers, or star washers to each nut before you start. -Don't tighten until all fasteners are in place, align first, -I taped the glass to the frame, may not be the best idea. -Extra hands help to position and hold the window in position. - prime, and paint the frame, and cab mount first! - used a box wrench to tighten the nuts where possible. - floor was out when we did this on a 34 ccpu. - we used ss fasteners. Let me know how this turns out, and trial fit the glass first, and again with the gasket , and again with the gasket and glass nested in the frame! Yep. Will take time, and don't rush it. The patterns are in the service bulletins.

It’s a suction cup used for pulling larger dents out of sheet metal. Can be purchased at Autozone or Amazon’s for around 10 bucks if I’m remembering correctly. |

This helps. It’s got a magnet on the back to hold the nut while you start it.
