Default 1941 Generator

I’m confused.

I bought a generator, it is a two brush.
It has a 3-5/8 threaded fan mount pulley.
The front cover is 01A-1016
The body is V12 (Dec 1941?)

The two brush generator was first used in 38 or 39. I understand the fan mount pulley was last used on the 39 std model. The generator I was looking for was a 39 Standard with the pressed-on (with nut) fan mount pulley.
Is this a 1941 generator with an earlier pulley?

This will serve my needs but I would like to understand what I have in hand.
Thanks y’all

Tim, It sounds as if what you'd received is a mix and match of parts. That's actually quite common these days.
