Default 37 intake manifold color

Any body know what color a 37 intake manifold should be? , ford green or polished aluminum? Thanks again...DK

Thanks Ken. I see a lot of polished alum. intakes. They look nice, but how on earth do they get them that way with out a whole lot of work?

Your Mucho correct but not polished from factory [raw alum] , cast iron were on trucks and painted ford green. ken ct.

Bead blasting will make them look close to original. I had my 34 done & then decided to paint it later on. (I should have said aluminum for the bead blasting)

I have a P.M.7 but it does not seem to be as tall as some I have seen. Were there different heights on them ? kc

I believe the early ones were shorter.
