Re: OK! Let's get personal!
I am 50. My 30 Coupe was a gift my Dad when I was 14. I think I will get it out this weekend and teach my daughter to drive it....in a really big empty parking lot.

Took over custody of my A last August, love the car but really get a kick out of the owners of A’s. Salt of the Earth The Model A’s have been around for 90 years now, they have outlasted all of their original owners. They are older than most of their current owners. They will be around long after we are all gone. Someone will take care of them for the same reason we all do now. Last edited by CSPIDY; 12-11-2018 at 11:01 AM. |

Re: OK! Let's get personal!
70
I bought my first Model A in 1964 (29 special coupe). I got married in 1973 and my wife and I bought a 29 Tudor (Agy). It's been in and out of the family, but we own it again. Also have a 1929 Briggs body pickup that I purchased from a good friend's estate. Last edited by Neil Mylar LakewoodCA; 12-11-2018 at 12:59 PM. Reason: spellcheck |

Re: OK! Let's get personal!
Turned 70 this past July.
Bought my first "A" in 1978. Still have it. Late 1931 Deluxe Tudor. Has potential to be fine points car. Purchased 5 more "A's" after that. Currently helping one of my grandsons restore an early build (April 1, 1964) Mustang. Ray |
