Bottom rumble seat
Recent purchased 29 sportster and the bottom seat move forward. I see two hole in metal under seat but this seat has just the sprinted on bottom. Should there have been a plywood board and the seats fastened to it soppegs could be attached to go in the metal holes to secure the seat

Re: Bottom rumble seat
The springs should have a narrow loop that fits through the holes in the support to keep the spring from moving forward.

Re: Bottom rumble seat
just a little u shaped piece that is about 1.5 inches long and is made of spring material. I would take a picture, but both of mine are put away for the winter.
