Edsel transmissions exchange
I would like to upgrade my 59 Ranger's transmission from the Mile-o-matic to something more current.
All suggestions will be appreciated.

nothing easy.not a part from your mileomatic can be used not even the flywheel on any other.

What engine do you have? 292 - is so, there are kits for a C4 or an AOD.

I have a 292. Guess I'll have to work a C4 or AOD.

I don't know what interchanges, but this guy is looking to put a manual in place of the auto.
