Check the apps on your TV and if you have access to YouTube There are thousands of old movies, documentaries, WWII stuff available. It’s nice to see the 1 hour documentary “1932- The Invention of the Ford V-8“ on a big screen instead of an I-Phone or I-Pad.

And if you only have an older flat screen with hdmi input you can get an android stick that plugs into your tv to make it smarter, or do what I did, I have a Raspberry PI single board PC that I plug into the tv To give it some smarts.

You can also use your TV as a monitor for an IPad or Laptop..... Mark

My tv, like my vehicles, is old tech being a 2014 model. But I can hook up the hdmi cable from my laptop or plug in an external drive to watch my own and other's videos on youtube. Its not just the image but the sound that improves so much when you play the videos through a better sound system. I was impressed the first time I heard the old straight piped Merc on a decent sound system.
