1940 Ford Deluxe Dash Paint Colors?

Would like to know the Ford Paint Names and Ford Numbers for
the Maroon and Tan colors used on the 1940 Ford Deluxe dash.
If this information does not exist/is not available, what colors/numbers,
etc. are now being used as "correct"? Thanks in advance.

I think the Ford name for the Tan is simply Sand. I'll check later.

The " gold" color is "rose sand".

The complete names are:
Rose Sand Metallic and Monaida Maroon.

I would like to offer a bit if advice: If you are concerned with getting the correct shades, stay away from the "usual" suppliers.

Jim, I was hoping no one would ask that

I have mine custom mixed to a known (authentic) sample(s). Unfortunately paint changes so often, the next time I need some, the formula will need to be altered.

PPG currently sells three paints, cheap, medium, outrageously expensive.
I have color matched original paint parts to their books, sometimes cheap is a perfect match but not always, it is a gamble, I don't know and they don't either.

I still can't imagine what that guy was thinking!
As you realize, I am in the midst of another convertible. It'll be the same colors as this one but has a Mercury engine. Looking at an early 2018 completion date. well, that's the plan anyway
