Default Dashboard Color

How do I figure out what color the dash board should be? My father has a 1932 Slant Windshield 4 door. Is it the same color as the doors/hood?

Your dad absolutely needs to get a copy of the judging standards from the Early Ford V8 Club, https://shop.efv8.org/collections/fo...tbound-all-new If I remember correctly (it has been a long time) some of the dash boards were wood grained (Deluxe Cars)and others were painted (Standard Cars). Within the wood grained cars I believe the pattern changed between early and late cars. It is all detailed in the book.

You should post your question in the Early V8 Forum for better results, https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Off topic, I have a '32 4 door and live in Southern California. Where in general are you located?
