Default Ford Model A Radiator Emblem Identification

Please see the emblem at the top of the attached image. I picked this up probably 30 years ago. It is the same shape and size as the porcelain one below it, but it has no enamel and has a wreath around the Ford Script. Can anyone supply identification?
Thanks.

The upper one would be a GREAT design for a TATTOO!
