There was no front-drive 4-wheel Ford Model A conversion. This of course, excludes any Klet-Trac rear-wheel drive options.
The first 4-wheel option to come on the market for Fords, was in the mid-1930's, with the Marmon-Harrington, fitted to the V-8 Ford, mostly trucks.
As a youngster in the 1950's, I always fantasized about installing a Marmon-Harrington 4-wheel set up on my Model A Ford.

Very cool! Notice the steering... that's one thing I couldn't get used to on the T I had. Wheels will over-center and just about rip the wheel out of your hand.

Eagle,
Chief said, "Model Ts have DANGEROUS steering, POOR brakes, & don't go very FAST, that is IF you can git the DANGED thing cranked"
One night, in a "T", he & Elbert ran into an Old Mule, sleeping in the road & killed the engine. They BARELY had time to crank it, before the Old Farmer came out with his SHOTGUN!!!---NLOL

The GAZ Model A's were four wheel drive with what looks like a rear axle flipped around for the front. The steering knuckles on the ends are like the closed Willys design used up through the early 1960's. I have hopes of building a pickup with period looking four wheel drive components and a paint scheme for the old Michigan Forestry trucks. I am still trying to figure a way to retain mechanical brakes, but I may need to resort to hydraulic.

Not quite true, Livingood produced a 4 wheel drive conversion for the Model T

Here is a link to the original patent drawings.

J.F. (Jesse) Livingood
Patent number: 1158137
Application Date Nov 11, 1912
Issue date: Oct 26, 1915

I've always wondered whether it would be possible to convert a Model A into 4x4 using GAZ 67b jeep parts. The needed GAZ parts can be found but how difficult would it be to fit the GAZ front suspension, front axle, etc. to an A

GAZ parts may be plentiful there, but not so much here in the states. I would love to find one of those front axles! Are they 3.78 ratio like the Model A's? I am also of the thought that a lighter Model A would not need two sets of springs on each side. That seems like overkill and must give a pretty rough ride.

I think these jeeps were geared lower than 3.78 as they were used to tow huge artillery pieces off-road. You could always take out a leaf or two if the ride is too harsh. I don't know too much about them actually, but I have friends that own them. The big question is whether the GAZ 4x4 front suspension setup would attach to a Model A frame

You're actually in luck as there's a front axle currently for sale asking 20000 RUB see :
