Well done AllanW. Nice car. We had about 30 Model A's and quite a few Model T's at a birthday celebration hosted by the Mustang club in Hamilton. The North Island Model A club took the club prize cup and my car got second prize in the vintage section. A beautiful 1935 V8 coupe got first prize in the vintage section. The winner of the hotrod section was actually a Fordson tractor with a V12 flathead from a Lincoln Zephyr, which was a marvellous sight.
Altogether a great day out!

We aren't quite confident enough in the car to drive any long distance yet, but would love ato attend something big sometime. We did attend the "Duke Run" (I think they called it?) up here to Whanagrei - we joined in for the veiwing of the car colelction of Hans Compter, which I hadn't seen for 15 years or so.

I reckon a V12 Fordson would be good for my "Farm" (lifestyle block with Alpacas).

Thanks - I was pretty chuffed - it sure got a lot of attention, all the cars did. There was a T speedster, and another A, a Fordor. Plus a bunch of other stuff (One was basically a motorised pram!).

The horn sure got a workout! It was a bit smokey, as we were following an Austin 7 Chummy, which used a bit of oil! That Dog mostly sleeps, or sits with Dad - pretty rare to see them apart!
