Default 8RT Exhaust Crossover?

I've set an 8BA block into my 46 half ton. I do have a pair of the truck exhaust manifolds, but no trucks around here to look at. What I'm wondering is: are there factory or replacement crossover pieces floating around out there? I've not seen any for sale, or even any good pictures yet. I can make something, but probably take me 3 days. Thanks!

Judging from some rusted out remnants I have here, maybe it was some kind of a Y arrangement?

Thank you Ross. I like that illustration, where's it from? I have a lot of books here, but no pic that good.
