Default Does anyone know if 30-31 Coupe and Tudor have same B pillars?

Just like the Title says, can I interchange the B pillar from a Coupe and Sedan or no?

Thanks!

Jim, maybe we should first make sure we are talking about the same thing. There really is no such thing as a 'B' Pillar in Ford's nomenclature, but I am guessing you are speaking of the Quarter Lock Pillar Assembly. On the Coupe this is part # A-46680-B whereas the Tudor is part # A-56674-BR, ...however this is an assembly on both bodystyles comprising of the upper & lower wood, the reinforcement, the gusset, the extension, et/al, ...so if you can be more specific as to which individual piece you are looking for, I may be able to help you. If it is the entire assembly, then no it won't interchange.

Brent, whatever the door post is called I guess. So, I know obviously the bracketry is different but the post itself.

Ok, that is the Quarter Lock Pillar Assembly. As I stated above, the part numbers are different however it can be a small difference and it would have a different part number. Unfortunately I do not have all the prints to compare for exact differences but if you are aware the bracketry is different and can make concessions for that, you can probably modify the Coupe Pillars to fit the Tudor. There is a little bit of difference on the upper wood piece but again, you can probably adapt.
