Default 1941-1948 hood springs

Does anyone know of a heavy duty hood hold up spring? The replacement springs you buy from our regular vendors are not strong enough. Please help; I think a hood prop looks dumb. Thanks, Dave Collette

Check on EBay or search the internet for Ford parts guys for NOS springs.
