Default B oil filter setup

anyone make a CRANK CASE ENGINE OIL FILTRATION setup for the B engine like they do for the A?

There was one that came with the car but it has never been reproduced. This is shown in the two pictures. The 90 degree bend was originally an aluminum piece later changed to sheet metal as shown in the photo. You are going to have to look for it. There was also an oil bath air filter for dusty areas that bolted to the head. This is shown in the third photo. The duct down to the mouth of the carburetor is not shown in the picture.

Have you thought about making one? Easier for a left hand drive car....


Not exactly a replica of an original but provides two functions


1) An air filter
2) A drip tray to catch any wanton petrol that may hit the splash
panels

I went and had a look. looks like it will only work with his modern oil pump setup
