throttle rod lever, 3531A
Replacing the vaporizer with an NH, perfect because the block has the opening between cylinders 2 & 3 and the valve cover also has a center opening for the carburetor rod 3535B.
My question is on the throttle rod there is a lower hole for the 3531A lever below the throttle rod guide, looking @ the steering shaft from the fire wall to the pitman arm. Reading several posts on the subject, thinking removing the pitman arm to access rod by the column bracket and install new lever is best option. Any input on this procedure would be great, only one post found through MTFCA suggesting this route. Thanks |
