wide bed pickup taillight bracket?

Are the tail light brackets for the wide bed exclusive to that model? I want to add one to the passenger side for tail lights and another brake. Looking at pictures it looks like mine is the same as the narrow bed. But they are poor pictures to compare. Any help would be great.

Also do they reproduce commercial tail light housings or should I get out the paint?

Check the Bratton's catalog. There are pictures of the different brackets and they do sell commercial taillights.

I believe this the case.

I bought one of A&L (Al Lepore's) early production of the drum taillight repop. VERY nice. But only available then as the chrome version which I quickly painted up.

Only a year later I saw they now had the same lamp either chrome OR black.

I'm not sure now if A&L is still around. I know Al passed away a couple of years ago. Still, the catalogs show tailights and they seem the same.

Okay, I found the commercial light, But the tail light bracket says 1928-may 1931. My truck is built after that.

The tailight bracket for the late wide bed looks like an upside down slingshot. It does not need a mirror image one to fit on the passenger side. The bracket on the drivers side will work on the passenger side. This is the same bracket used on the Deluxe Delivery, Panel Delivery, 31 Station Wagon and 255A Special Delivery etc.
