Default 1934 Standard Phaeton

We have a Standard 1934 phaeton that the previous owner restored. We have known this car for 30 years. That owner stated it was a former NYS Trooper patrol car. A ver y dear friend of ours in his 90's recognized it immediately as a trooper car. Does anyone have any further info. The previous owner also started to turn this car into a deluxe but realized later he should not. We would like to keep it more original.
