I have never done business with this place and it doesn't mention the size but might be worth a call, looks quite similar.

Wow, fantastic.....some time we get tunnel vision on our projects and don't think "outside" the box.......Funny thing is my best friend is a "Jeepster & Willys Wagon" guy AND we have been WWII Jeep people for over 48 years and never thought about them basically having the same filter system.
