Default My new 1953 F-100 deluxe cab pickup

I found this truck at the Monroe WA swap meet a few weeks back as figured I couldn’t live without it. Very clean 1953 Deluxe cab F-100. Has the stock V8 and three speed on the column. Truck runs and drives nice. I had the whitewalls and ironically the green wheels I put on it when I got it home. Truck runs like a watch and everything works except the cigarette lighter. Shows just over 40,000 miles which I believe are original.

That's a nice straight truck. Lose the whitewalls though....

I kinda like the WW's, especially with the '41 caps. They aren't bad on a green truck.

Nice clean original '53. Great find. Detail the motor, put a little gray primer on the rusty areas, and drive the heck out of it.

Stunning! No matter the price, it was a deal. To quote "runs like a watch" .

White walls are perfect.

Use it in good health.

Whitewalls make it, don’t take them off!

Since the truck has Montana plates did the seller haul it back to Spokane for you?

Nice truck ,I have the exact same truck ,mine came with A 51mercury engine in it .Did work on it over the last eight years and drove it the whole time .last year had it repainted the original green ,and installed new cooper radials ,these are fun to drive trucks, just keep it and drive it .good luck you bought a good one.

Nice truck. I had a 54 F250. I loved the way it drove.

Great truck - love the "original" patina! WWs on a truck are either loved or hated - they look great on yours. Miles of smiles!

holy smokes. Here's a good one. Our local Ford Dealer has banners strung up in the
show room showing the new 1953 Custom cab. I said to salesman I want two, one
F100 and one F350. Now I get the space look: I said false advertising ain't it..
So why do they pump ya all up ........sam

Great truck!! Tailgate is in amazingly good shape. I was raised west side of Spokane and brother lives in Montana so seeing this truck is like going home. Thanks for sharing............
