Default 1935-1938 brake shoes question, how to ID?

I've seen discussion here about shoes for these years, I see comments that 35-36 are different from 37-38, and some comments that they are all the same. I see shoes advertised for 35-38, and some for 37-38. Searching here and googling hasn't been conclusive on this for me. What do I need to get for the stock mechanicals on my 36? Are there differences? How do you tell which is which? Can you adapt different years to work? I don't have my PU apart, I want to get shoes before I start in on it.
Thanks!

Quick and easy way to id; 35-36 shoes have two holes, 37-38 have three

Are they otherwise the same other than the holes? Can I redrill the 37s and put them on a 36?
