How much coolant
I got to stop and get some new coolant on the way home from work and want to make sure I have enough.....ANYONE know what the coolant capacity of a 32 Ford is?? I did a sort of quick google search to no avail.

The best info I found is for 42 to 48, 22qts. without heater, 23qts., with.
Probably a good enough amount and maybe some left over. Hope this helps.

According to this book for the V8 it's 5 1/2 gallons.

Just know it will find it's level. Reason for the over flow tube. If you add too much it'll come out as the motor heats up. Best to run more then less.

Hi Everyone. One factor to consider in these cases is your drainage situation. The typical drain pan will not ever hold our five plus gallons that you're gonna be dumping, so I'm advising a backup plan.
